Apostle R. C. Stearns
Dr. R. C. Stearns is the apostle, overseer and planter of Living Water { ROS} ministries, located in the Houston,Texas area. He operates within the fivefold released gifts, being governed by an apostolic and prophetic anointing.Positioned to see into the atmosphere, and to hear a reveltoral words. Embracing His call in the year of our Lord 1983 under the leadership of Bishop H. M. Bolden of New Rock of Salvation Holiness Church. Ordained by this great man of G-d in the year of 1984. Pastor Stearns served first as men's Sunday school teacher, head of men's dept and the youth pastor for 10 years. Within the ten year period he was assigned to Bishop Larry Earl Crump, of Victory Temple in Amory, Mississippi for two of those years. He has given birth to divers of outreach programs, the new men and women's prison ministries, fish and loaves ministries. With new ideas waiting for their time of birth. Partnering up with many organization such as: House of Prayer outreach Church ( Pastor L. Stevens ),Coalition for the Homeless of Houston, Texas; The Work Source, United Way, Gifts and Kind and Action Ministries. He is a inspireing new writer and to introduce his new book soon. EDUCATION:
